This role is responsible for making customer delivery organized, visible, sequenced, and actively managed from kickoff through launch and ongoing adoption milestones.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Higharc implementations are multi-workstream programs spanning teams across Higharc and our customers. As the Adoption Project Manager, you own the project operating system for assigned programs and serve as the execution backbone that keeps delivery on track.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Expect to:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own and maintain the integrated project plan across Higharc and customer workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate across program workstreams including plan and option configuration, estimating and purchasing, sales readiness, integrations, training and launch.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain a clear, current view of project health and escalate stalled decisions, critical path risks, and cross-workstream dependencies before they become customer problems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify and escalate stalled decisions, critical path risks, and cross-workstream dependencies before they become customer problems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own launch readiness visibility and ensure readiness criteria are tracked, current, and clearly communicated.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Improve Adoption project management standards through templates, playbooks, and reusable delivery artifacts grounded in real account work.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with customer stakeholders, technical leadership, and Client Strategy teams to execute complex statements of work and onboarding strategies.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>About You</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’re a high-agency project operator who creates clarity in programs that drive results. You bring order to complex, multi-stakeholder work without losing momentum when the plan needs to adapt. You’re the constant: the person who documents, aligns, and navigates forward.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years of experience in customer-facing project management, implementation management, technical program management, professional services, SaaS delivery, or complex business transformation programs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs across cross-functional teams</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong project controls discipline: project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, dependency tracking, critical path management, and status reporting.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong written and verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven ability to hold internal and external stakeholders accountable to owners, dates, and commitments</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficiency with project management tools: ClickUp (preferred), Smartsheet, Asana, <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://Monday.com">Monday.com</a>, Jira, Notion, or equivalent</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Willingness to travel to client sites and company events up to 30% of the time.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">A major plus if you also bring:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in enterprise SaaS implementation or professional services within the AEC industry.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Background in residential construction, construction project management, construction technology, architecture, purchasing, estimating, ERP integrations, or business transformation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building delivery artifacts, playbooks or implementation materials designed to scale across teams or customer programs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar certification.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Working at Higharc</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Higharc has been remote first since our founding in 2018.
