We are currently seeking an experienced Drivers to join our team at our D&W Forwarders Inc., out of our Marmora location. Our ideal candidates are professional drivers who place safety above all else in every aspect of their work.

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL:

· Inspect loaded trucks to verify order accuracy, weight compliance, and proper load securement.

· Complete all DOT-required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

· Safely operate equipment and ensure the delivery site is safe prior to unloading.

· Maintain full compliance with company policies, DOT regulations and safety requirements.

· Wear and use required PPE and safety attire at all times.

· Keep logbooks, delivery documents and records accurate and up to date.

· Monitor vehicle condition and report mechanical issues immediately.

· Communicate regularly with the dispatcher and office to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

· Report and delivery site hazards, property damage, or personal injuries immediately and request medical assistance when required.

· Provide professional, high quality customer service through clear and respectful communication.

· Learn and maintain knowledge of company products and services.

· Perform all other duties as assigned.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

· Holds a valid and current AZ Driver’s License in good standing.

· Maintains a clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety.

· Has the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.

· Is a reliable team player with solid customer service and communication skills.

· Ability to read, speak and write in English.

· Previous experience handling and delivering building products is an asset.

· Brings a minimum of 2 years of experience operating a Class 8 Truck/Trailer

· Bilingual with French preferred but not required.
