M Culinary Concept is searching for a passionate Executive Chef to join our vibrant team and help us create incredible catering experiences across the Southwest. About the Role:


We are seeking an Executive Chef will be responsible for leading all culinary operations at the Nibblers location, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and operational excellence across daily service and special events.


As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all aspects of culinary operations—from concept development and menu planning to production, staffing, and event execution. You will lead, mentor, and hold the culinary team accountable to ensure the highest standards in food quality, presentation, consistency, and guest satisfaction. This role partners closely with sales, operations, and procurement teams to align culinary execution with client expectations and event needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, manage, and hold others accountable, overseeing the performance of the culinary team to maintain high standards in food preparation and daily order execution.
  • Lead and manage the entire culinary event process, from planning to execution, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Conduct culinary research, development, and innovation, keeping offerings aligned with industry trends.
  • Develop and standardize menus with the general manager and sales team that cater to client needs, dietary requirements, and culinary preferences.
  • Manage perishable inventory control, ensuring freshness, reducing waste, and controlling costs.
  • Oversee and ensure quality assurance for all food production and event services.
  • Maintain compliance with sanitation and health department regulations, ensuring all kitchen meets required standards.
  • Complete and review prep sheets and ensure all necessary preparations are complete for daily service.
  • Continuously check food being produced to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Review labor schedules and staffing levels to reflect business needs/volume
  • Work in collaboration with sales team to execute menus and events at the highest level, ensuring effective communication and shared ideas
