This role can be fully remote or based out of our Boca Raton, Florida office, depending on your preference.</p><p>This position is strictly for professionals with direct charter sales experience on the broker side — not for operations, dispatchers, quoting agents, or individuals working only under a Part 135 operator.</p><h2>Position Summary</h2><p>We are hiring charter brokers with an active book of business who are ready to scale with a team that understands sales. If you're tired of wearing multiple hats, chasing quotes, or lacking the backend to properly support your clients, this is your opportunity.</p><p>In addition to on-demand charter, our brokers gain access to a broader suite of services including aircraft sales, aircraft management, fuel programs, and aircraft parts procurement through our own companies.
