Responsibilities

  • Host TikTok Live sessions to showcase and sell art products in real time
  • Engage viewers with energy, confidence, and a professional on-camera presence
  • Drive sales through effective storytelling, product demonstrations, and compelling calls to action
  • Respond to viewer questions and address customer concerns during live broadcasts
  • Present product information accurately and communicate promotions effectively
  • Create short-form TikTok content to support live selling campaigns
  • Stay current with TikTok trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Build audience loyalty through consistent engagement and community interaction
  • Escalate customer service and post-sale inquiries when necessary
  • Represent the Smard Art brand professionally at all times



Qualifications

  • Previous experience in live selling, livestream hosting, retail sales, or customer-facing sales roles
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and influence purchasing decisions
  • Strong understanding of TikTok culture and live commerce
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Confident, engaging, and comfortable speaking to large audiences
  • Professional appearance suitable for brand representation
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Full-time availability preferred
