The Digital Product Manager assists with supporting strategic product vision, product discovery, roadmaps, and backlog to maximize the customer and enterprise value provided by their product. Successful Digital Product Managers help to identify assumptions and validate those assumptions using product discovery techniques. The Digital Product Manager is responsible for working closely with Business Architects and key stakeholders, ensuring the successful definition and execution of go-to market and communications strategies for their products. <br><br>The DPM will support the Use My Protection customer journey as we transform how we serve our customers and business partners throughout the claims journey using innovative and modern technology. We are seeking a strategic, execution‑driven product person, expertly living into Human-Centered design and Design Thinking practices to better understand needs and goals of our customers and employees, generating new ideas and features. They should be a creative problem solver in the face of technology and/or resource limitations and should be able to skillfully apply emotional intelligence to gain trust and influence across
