  • The Structure: 70/30 split. $0 out-of-pocket monthly fees.
  • The Vibe: Complete financial safety net. If you don't close a deal, you owe us nothing. Includes our core CRM software, digital signature platforms, and direct broker-backed mentorship.

Option B: The Accelerator (Growing Core Producers)

  • The Structure: 80/20 split with a firm $12,000 annual cap. $75/month tech fee.
  • The Vibe: Built for agents closing 4 to 15 deals a year. Unlocks our premium technology suite, automated lead-generation tools, and localized market data software to help double your pipeline.

Option C: The Independent Pro (Top Producers & Teams)

  • The Structure: 100% Commission. No split. No cap. Keep it all.
  • The Vibe: $120/month all-inclusive tech fee and a flat $395 transaction fee. Zero hidden deductions from your commission checks. Total business autonomy. Discounts for teams and team agents.

If you're unlicensed, we will help you get your license and pay for it. You will get reimbursed for the full cost of your pre-licensing.
