Sherweb is seeking a Technical Fellow, Azure to help partners accelerate cloud transformation and build profitable Azure and Data practices. The role provides strategic technical guidance, partner enablement, architectural support, and public-facing thought leadership across Azure, AI, data, and cloud modernization initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Help partners build and scale Azure and AI-focused practices
  • Conduct Azure and AI business development workshops and strategy sessions
  • Assess partner maturity and identify growth opportunities
  • Provide guidance on Azure adoption, migration, modernization, and AI initiatives
  • Support partners in developing repeatable cloud and AI service offerings
  • Act as a public-facing expert for Sherweb's Azure and AI business
  • Deliver webinars, workshops, live events, and conference presentations
  • Develop technical content, blogs, videos, and educational resources
  • Participate in Microsoft community events and industry forums
  • Promote awareness of emerging Azure, AI, data, and cloud innovations
  • Deliver technical enablement programs for partners and internal teams
  • Support Azure readiness, migration, modernization, and AI adoption initiatives
  • Provide architectural guidance and best-practice recommendations
  • Collaborate with sales, technical specialists, and Microsoft resources to accelerate partner success
  • Help partners understand Microsoft's cloud, AI, and consumption-based growth motions
  • Build trusted relationships with Microsoft stakeholders and technical communities
  • Represent Sherweb at Microsoft events, industry conferences, and partner programs
  • Identify emerging technology trends and communicate opportunities to partners and internal teams
  • Strengthen Sherweb's brand as a leader in Azure, AI, and cloud transformation

Skills

  • * Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, cloud infrastructure, Data/AI services, and modernization initiatives
  • * Minimum 7 years of experience in cloud technologies, solution architecture, technical consulting, partner enablement, or similar technical leadership roles
  • * Experience working with Microsoft partners, MSPs, CSPs, VARs, or cloud-focused organizations
  • * Strong understanding of Azure migration, modernization, data, security, and AI workloads
  • * Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling abilities
  • * Experience delivering workshops, webinars, public speaking engagements, or technical enablement programs
  • * Ability to influence without direct authority and build credibility across technical and business audiences
  • * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
  • * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving technology environment
  • * Ability to travel as required
  • Reasons for the requirement of English: Sherweb has international customers and fluency in English is the only way to ensure proper service delivery to them. The main tasks related to this position require written and oral communication with an English-speaking clientele at all times
  • * Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification
  • * Azure AI Engineer Associate certification

  • * Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot technologies, Data & AI workloads, and cloud-native architectures
  • * Existing presence within Microsoft technical communities, user groups, MVP circles, conferences, or industry events
  • * Experience building partner programs, technical communities, or enablement initiatives
