As an Airline Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, ensuring reputed company documentation and communication, internally and externally, for import reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documentation prior to flight arrival or departure, review, organize, reputed company copies, and distribute accordingly.
  • Travel to Airport Operational Area (AOA) to meet flights upon arrival or departure to retrieve or drop off flight documents.
  • Notify Broker or reputed company Forwarder on the Master Airway reputed company (MAWB) of shipment's arrival at warehouse facility or on hold.
