The Global Design Co. delivers end-to-end creative and entertainment solutions for brands and clients—bringing ideas to life through strong on-ground execution, artist partnerships, and seamless event operations. ## Role Overview We’re looking for an Artist Manager (0–2 years) based in New Delhi who is sharp on-ground, confident in negotiations, and polished in client presentations. You’ll manage artist coordination and entertainment operations for events—ensuring smooth execution from planning to show day. ## Key Responsibilities * Source, coordinate, and manage artists/talent for events and brand engagements * Negotiate artist commercials, deliverables, timelines, and contractual terms in line with budgets * Act as the primary point of contact between artists, vendors, and internal teams * Prepare and present artist options, proposals, and show plans to clients with clarity and confidence * Handle end-to-end on-ground entertainment operations: call times, rehearsals, soundcheck, stage coordination, and backstage management * Coordinate logistics including travel, accommodation, hospitality, and local transport for artists (as required) * Ensure compliance with technical riders and coordinate with production/AV teams for smooth setup * Manage last-minute changes calmly and solve problems quickly during live events * Maintain artist database, rate cards, availability calendars, and post-event documentation ## Required Skills * Event management fundamentals and strong execution mindset * On-ground operations handling for entertainment/live events * Negotiation skills (commercials, deliverables, timelines) * Client-facing communication and presentation skills * Strong coordination, follow-ups, and stakeholder management * Ability to work under pressure, including late hours and event days ## Preferred Qualifications * 0–2 years of experience in artist management, events, entertainment, or talent coordination * Comfortable working across multiple events/projects simultaneously * Familiarity with basic contracts, invoices, and vendor/artist documentation * Network with local artists, performers, and entertainment vendors is a plus ## What Success Looks Like in This Role * Artists are confirmed on time with clear deliverables and smooth communication * Client presentations are well-structured, persuasive, and aligned to the brief and budget * Event-day entertainment operations run seamlessly with minimal escalations * Negotiations are handled smartly—balancing quality, cost, and long-term relationships ## Work Location & Schedule * Location: New Delhi, India * Schedule: Event-based; flexibility to work evenings/weekends and travel locally as required
