About the Team

Our GTM team is responsible for driving revenue growth during a pivotal moment in Netlify's evolution. We're no longer just a frontend hosting platform- we're becoming the platform where developers, AI agents, and entire business teams go from idea to prototype to production. As AI lowers the barrier to building software and organizations modernize their development workflows, we're seeing massive demand for what we've built.

This role exists to help us capitalize on this inflection point by driving new business and expansion opportunities across North America, particularly within our fast-growing PLG-to-enterprise motion. We need ambitious sellers who can identify opportunity early, create momentum with technical buyers, and help customers understand why Netlify is uniquely positioned at the center of the AI-powered software development shift.

What You'll Do

  • Own a full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close, consistently generating pipeline through outbound efforts, PLG signals, and partnership opportunities
  • Drive new business and expansion opportunities across mid-market and enterprise accounts in North America
  • Build relationships with developers, engineering leaders, digital teams, and business stakeholders to navigate developer-focused sales cycles
  • Partner closely with Solution Architects, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to drive technical validation and long-term account growth
  • Help customers understand modern composable architectures, AI-native development workflows, and Netlify's differentiated platform approach
  • Leverage product usage data, AI trends, and customer signals to prioritize opportunities and create urgency
  • Identify and develop expansion opportunities from self-serve and product-led adoption signals
  • Operate with strong discipline around forecasting, pipeline management, and deal execution
  • Contribute to the evolution of our sales motion by bringing energy, ideas, customer feedback, and market insight back into the organization
  • Turn product and AI market momentum into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience selling to technical stakeholders
  • Experience prospecting and building pipeline in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated grit, resilience, and willingness to hustle in ambiguous environments
  • Curiosity around developer tools, AI, cloud infrastructure, modern web technologies, or technical platforms
  • Preferred exposure to PLG motions, developer tools, cloud platforms, AI tooling, or modern SaaS infrastructure
  • Familiarity with technologies like APIs, frontend frameworks, composable architecture, CI/CD, cloud hosting, or AI agents

This Role is a Great Fit If:

  • You're energized by emerging technology and get excited about conversations around AI and modern software development
  • You thrive in high velocity environments and embrace ambiguity as an opportunity to create impact
  • You want to build a career in modern infrastructure and AI, and are excited to help shape the future of how software gets built
  • You're motivated by being part of defining the next generation of AI-native development workflows
  • You enjoy working with technical buyers and can build credibility in developer-focused environments
  • You're drawn to the challenge of turning product momentum into revenue outcomes
  • You want to contribute to scaling a company at a major inflection point
  • You prefer working in a collaborative environment where you partner cross-functionally with Solution Architects, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • You're hungry to learn and want to ramp quickly in a rapidly evolving market
