CloudGeometry is building AI-MSL (AI Managed Software Lifecycle) — a managed service where software systems are maintained, extended, and evolved through AI-powered lifecycle execution under expert supervision.

Instead of traditional developer-driven delivery, AI-MSL introduces a structured model that develops and deploy new features automatically under supervision and guidelines of AI Lifecycle Manager

This enables organizations to move to AI-powered software delivery without losing control, traceability, or architectural integrity.

Who We Are Looking For

We are hiring AI Lifecycle Managers — a role designed for professionals who combine:

  • Technical Account Management / Delivery ownership
  • Engineering or Solution Architecture background
  • Hands-on AI fluency (especially ClaudeCode / Codex)

Typical profiles include:

  • Technical Account Managers with delivery/project experience
  • Senior Delivery Managers with strong technical depth
  • Solution Architects who want to move closer to client ownership
  • AI Developers who want to step into client-facing, outcome-driven roles

This is a next step role for candidates who want to move beyond legacy team management into new AI Powered software development and delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist clients to use AI-MSL platform through creating self-service onboarding materials with ClaudeCode and Gemini
  • Consult clients on modernization and cost saving opportunities
  • Guide features through a governed lifecycle:
  • Requirements Specifications Implementation
  • Validation
  • Collaborate with internal experts at lifecycle gates (architecture, QA, security)
  • Support technical discussions in pre-sales and solutioning

What You Bring

  • Experience from IT Services Companies in client-facing software delivery or account management
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and PDLC
  • Experience in Solution Architecture, Application Modernization and K8s powered deployment
  • Hands-on experience with: ClaudeCode, Codex, or similar tools

Why This Role

  • Work at the intersection of AI, product, and engineering delivery
  • Be at the forefront of the shift in Engineering Management and Development Services
  • Move beyond coordination-heavy roles into ownership of systems and outcomes
  • Build a portfolio of client systems you directly influence and evolve
  • Apply AI in a practical, production environment, not just experimentation
  • Be part of the transition to AI-powered software lifecycle execution
