Responsible for all in-flight services and ground-based preparations required to ensure that passengers have a safe and comfortable air travel experience.<br><br><strong>We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be<br><br>in the office. This position is based in : San Antonio, TX. Relocation assistance is available for this position.<br><br></strong><strong>What You'll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Provides aircraft cabin service in a professional, polite and courteous manner in order to maximize passenger and crew comfort, safety and well being.</li><li>Coordinates flight catering and beverage requirements, and ensures aircraft and commissary is properly stocked.</li><li>Conducts cabin safety briefings with passengers to familiarize them with all safety precautions and emergency procedures.</li><li>Assists passengers with boarding, deplanement and baggage removal.</li><li>Performs administrative and other operational duties as assigned by the Director, Flight Operations.</li><li>Communicate with senior company executives and Board Members.</li><li>Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Have<br><br></strong><ul><li>High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Experiences That Will Support Your Success<br><br></strong><ul><li>Previous Flight Attendant Career Training School (FACTs) or equivalent training in cabin safety and emergency procedures.</li><li>4 or more years of flight attendant experience, preferably in a Corporate Flight Operation environment.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What Sets You Apart<br><br></strong><ul><li>Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food allergies</li><li>CPR & First Aid certified</li><li>Respect and understanding of confidentiality</li><li>Software adept</li><li>Able and willing to travel at or around 100 days a year.</li><li>Willing and able to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts</li><li>Familiar with serving and cutlery etiquette</li><li>Be an exceptional communicator with extreme attention to detail</li><li>Familiar with a Dassault Falcon 2000 safety instructions</li><li>Ability to remain calm in high pressure situations<br><br></li></ul><strong>Compensation range: </strong>The salary range for this position is: 85,040.00 - 153,080.00,<br><br><strong>Compensation:</strong> USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive.
