Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing ManagerExperience Required 7–8 Years Job Type Full\-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager with 7–8 years of proven expertise in managing and scaling paid digital marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and maximizing ROAS across Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube advertising platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing Strategy * Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals. * Manage and optimize large\-scale advertising budgets across multiple digital channels. * Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through paid campaigns. Paid Media Management * Lead PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing). * Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram). * Plan, execute, and scale YouTube advertising campaigns. * Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies. Analytics \& Optimization * Analyze campaign performance metrics including ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPL, CTR, and Conversion Rate. * Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, audiences, and ad copies. * Develop actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. Team Leadership * Lead and mentor the performance marketing team. * Coordinate with creative, content, design, and sales teams for campaign execution. * Manage external agencies and media partners when required. Reporting \& Budget Management * Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management. * Forecast budgets, monitor spending, and ensure efficient allocation of marketing investments. * Maintain accountability for achieving lead generation and revenue targets. Required Skills * 7–8 years of hands\-on experience in Performance Marketing. * Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube Ads. * Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. * Proven track record of managing high\-budget campaigns and delivering strong ROAS. * Strong analytical, leadership, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in lead generation, e\-commerce, or B2C/B2B marketing campaigns.
