The Outlier Group is a boutique real estate firm, looking for a passionate and driven Commercial Real Estate Advisor to join our team. As a member of our team, you'll have the chance to work with a range of clients and properties, and build a successful career in this dynamic industry, one brick at a time.

Responsibilities

Network and build relationships with clients, property owners, landlords, and other industry professionals

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including listings, sales, and leasing

Assist clients in the purchase, sale, or leasing of commercial properties

Prepare and present property marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and property tours

Negotiate deals and close transactions

Stay current on market trends, property values, and other industry-related information

Qualifications

Intellectually versed in literature and business

Strong communication and dependability

Ability to work independently and with tenacity A strong network in the commercial real estate community is a plus
