Residential Leasing Agent (Base + Commission | New Construction | High Growth Market – Northwest Arkansas)

AMRR Property Management is rapidly expanding in Northwest Arkansas, specializing in brand-new single-family home communities. We are seeking a driven, sales-focused Leasing Agent to lead lease-up efforts for one of our newest developments in Decatur.

This is not a sit-and-wait leasing role, we’re looking for someone who can follow up, close deals, and move with urgency. If you’re motivated by performance-based income and long-term growth, this is an opportunity to build a real career in real estate.

Requirements (Read Before Applying)

  • Active Texas Real Estate License OR ability to obtain within 60 days (REQUIRED)

What You’ll Do
  • Convert inbound leads into signed leases through consistent follow-up and closing
  • Conduct high-energy property tours showcasing new construction homes
  • Manage the full leasing cycle from first contact to signed lease
  • Build relationships with local agents and referral partners
  • Execute marketing and outreach strategies to drive qualified traffic
  • Track leads, conversions, and performance using CRM systems
  • Maintain urgency and consistency to meet lease-up goals
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience insales or residential leasing (REQUIRED)
  • Strong closer with a sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Experience with CRM or leasing software is a plus
