As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a vital role in supporting the smooth functioning of our department, ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of digital and physical files.

**Position Overview**

The Data Entry Clerk is a key member of our Energy Services Programs team, responsible for maintaining updated and accurate client records, monitoring emails and logging relevant documents, and adhering to program guidelines for using required database systems. Your contributions will help facilitate efficient service delivery and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Data Management**: Maintain updated and accurate client records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline.
  • Email and Communication Logging**: Monitor emails and log relevant documents and communications in the Monday.com platform.
  • Database Systems Usage**: Adhere to program guidelines for using required database systems, such as Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, and others.
  • File Organization**: Ensure digital and paper participant files are well-organized and compliant with agency and funder requirements.
  • Collaboration**: Work closely with program staff to enhance communication and consistency in service delivery.
