We are a fast-growing, multi-module company (robotics, SaaS, services, leasing) and are implementing Zoho One as our core operating system across finance, HR, sales, marketing, productivity, and analytics.

This role is critical: you will design and implement how the company actually runs.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Zoho One Implementation Expert to lead the end-to-end setup, configuration, and optimization of Zoho One across the organization.

This is not a basic Zoho admin role.

You will act as a systems architect + process designer, translating real business workflows into Zoho.

Engagement Model

Contract / Part-time initially 40 hrs/week)

Remote (US-friendly time zones preferred)

Budget: Market-rate for senior Zoho consultants

Core Responsibilities

1. Zoho One Architecture & Planning (Owner)

Design the overall Zoho One system architecture

Define:

App roles & permissions

Data ownership

Module boundaries

Ensure scalability for a growing company

2. Zoho Finance Suite (Highest Priority)

Implement and configure:

Zoho Books

Zoho Invoice

Zoho Expense

Zoho Subscriptions (if applicable)

Zoho Payroll (US, multi-state support)

Key responsibilities:

Chart of accounts aligned to:

Hardware

Leasing revenue

SaaS subscriptions

Services

Automation for:

Invoicing

Expense approvals

Payment tracking

Integration with bank accounts (e.g., Mercury)

Support accounting best practices (GAAP-ready)

3. HR & People Operations

Zoho People

Zoho Recruit

Employee onboarding/offboarding

Time tracking & attendance

PTO policies

Org structure & role permissions

Integration with payroll & expense workflows

4. Sales & CRM Operations

Zoho CRM

Zoho Desk (if applicable)

Zoho Sign
